We have taken extra care to design a menu around healthy, delicious, value-for-money Mediterranean and traditional Cypriot and vegetarian dishes. We use our own home-produced olive oil; herbs from our gardens; meat, poultry and vegetables from carefully selected producers; and we serve fine Cypriot, Greek and French wines. A selection of beers and cocktails is available. Enjoying a delicious dinner by the pool under the starry Cypriot sky, in the company of busy crickets, makes you want the night to go on and on.
